Mangoes are incredibly nutritious. Mangoes are rich in antioxidants such as beta-carotene, zeaxanthin, and quercetin, which help to neutralize free radicals in the body .

Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it! Mango shakes are super creamy and good for you.
Prep Time: 5 Min
Cook Time: 3 Min
1 cup ice cubes 1 ripe Mango cubed 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup condensed milk
Add ice cubes, Mango cubes, milk and condensed milk to the blender. Blend till creamy. Approximately 3 min.

Top with fruits or nuts. I like to add a tiny bit of lemon drizzle and crushed nuts. Enjoy!
